The residence, surrounded by neat green spaces, is recently built. It is just a short walk from the town centre in a privileged and quiet location. The bright and spacious apartments, with excellent finishing, are distributed in two bodies. The newly built villas, spacious and well decorated, are placed in different residential complex in the centre of San Teodoro. The residential complexes are made up of low buildings with field stone and Sardinian granite. The apartments are furnished with taste and functionality, and they all have a private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, TV, washing machine, some with air conditioning, barbecue and outdoor shower. They can be on the ground floor with veranda and garden, or on the first floor with balcony, or even on two levels with garden. In some cases there is also the private parking, otherwise is free.

The village is located near the centre of the town, it consists of terraced houses made with stone, granite and wood. The apartments are simply furnished and offer a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, TV and free car parking. They can be on the ground floor with patio and garden or upstairs with a covered veranda. Some have barbecue and outdoor shower. The Villaggio Gallura is particularly appreciated by the holidaymaker for its proximity to the centre, just 2 minuets walk.
